Property access is not possible; String() prefers the [Symbol.toPrimitive] value and it would break too much to have String(term) and term.toString() give different values. thing.getResource() should be used instead, with pname if necessary.

Actually might be best to implement exact RFC 3987 restrictions since the Turtle parser is mandated to output an RDF IRI (which must conform to RFC 3987). This is still quite different from WHATWG URL processing though.
