That's already the case. You can create a new store and export it from a file then import this file anywhere needed and use it directly:

export const myStore = localStore();

// somewhere else
import { myStore } from './myStore';

Thanks. But I would like to use useStore with this store too. I would need to investigate how. I suppose by adding another StoreProvider around the admin app with that store, but would useStore then use that one? As said, I need to investigate this.

You could wrap the parts of the UI that need it in another StoreContextProvider and pass it the store: https://github.com/marmelab/react-admin/blob/master/packages/ra-core/src/store/StoreContextProvider.tsx
