If i find time this week end, i will look to fork the component, update it and pull request. I can write here what i have already written at work :

$(':file').attr('tabindex', "-1").filestyle(...); // Disable focusable on old component

$form.find('.bootstrap-filestyle label')
 .attr('tabindex', '0') // Enable focusable on new component button
 .keypress(function(evt) {
