I will reorganise the installation process into a simpler single script with an external config files where you can select which apps you want to install. This way there will be no confusion on which apps the user can install with the different profiles.

There will be only one launch script called cleanMacOS.sh which will give the user the ability to choose from different options:
- Install Brew: will install Homebrew and dependencies
- Install Applications: will install Homebrew applications, casks and MAS apps, using external text file lists
- Update: will update apps and binaries using Homebrew commands
