  • 👨🏽‍💻 Marcos has +7 years of experience in networking: IP Networks, optical networks, microwave links, etc. This experience includes a lot of troubleshooting (literally +1000 critical tickets closed), leading implementations, designing and delivering trainings and demos, presenting solutions, gathering requirements, and writing use cases for software features, and much more.
