It's already possible to scale the tileset view using Ctrl + mouse wheel, just like with the map view. However, maybe I should add some items to the context menu to make this feature more obvious.

Ah! thank you so much! Yea, I tried making it happen a few different ways but couldn't work it out, seemed it should have been a feature that existed, but couldn't track it down anywhere.. so thanks :)

In commit ef5ad07 a combobox has been added to change the zoom level as well, so I'm closing this issue.
