Integrate Map component about deprecated-osm-comments HOT 2 CLOSED

When either a notes or changesets search takes place, we need to update both the list components and the map component. It seems to me like the correct way to do this would be to have Notes and Changesets as stores, whose changes can be listened to by different components in the application. At the very least, one would need some sort of global event dispatch / pub-sub type mechanism to handle mediating communication between components.

@tristen I'm a bit unsure of how to do this without introducing a dependency on Stores / a Flux-like architecture. Would be great to get your guidance on the best way to implement this.

So, it seems like we've simplified wire-frames for the initial design to not include a separate map component at all and just use two list views with results with static maps to show map context. Closing.
