@willwhite I think I'm more or less caught up on recent issues. I'll dig into this one now.

With the switch to tiles this error will still be there, but present itself a bit differently, and relates to mapbox/tilebelt#8

This ended up being pretty messy. We solved the tilebelt issue, but there's still a lot of messiness surrounding features that cross the equator/prime meridian (they are always indexed at z0), and queries that cross these lines (we have to split the bbox into a set of quadrant-specific queries).
I wrote tests for various queries around 0,0, but I don't feel particularly good about the coverage of the .bboxQuery() function.
It is probably worth a few more test cases to prove that queries crossing the equator/prime meridian can return features on either side, and also that it returns features that cross the lines themselves.
