Essentially this is simply serializing the gwt-api-generator --help arguments, but in a form that is easier to check in and share.
Perhaps it's better to hijack the npm properties.js tree, so that there's one file that controls everything.

I guess this suggestion is only a nice to have, and a long command line argument will do in the meantime. Sorry if I'm distracting, busy discovering what is there.
