Maintenance Update about mangos HOT 37 CLOSED

Possible Schmoozerd is zombi now then base at recent his activity ))
As i know none except Theluda have admin rights for getmangos.com.
As have some experience in IT support work only can note: any maintenance have not little chance pass declared dates for many reasons.

Ok, is there just no communication between core members, or between the core team and the community?

There's nothing wrong with maintenance taking much longer than expected. Please update the website to clearly show that there are still problems. Even if you don't have an ETA, it shows a little respect.

This is worse than the old wiki's migration which never happened. Granted there was little content loss there, but here there is. The least you could do is direct people to the Wayback Machine or something.

From my understanding Luda is extremely busy at work these days.
So he only has - aside from his real life - the weekends available for the maintenance.

Okay, So now it's June and I feel I'm faced with an issue. I'm new to Mangos and still feel I have alot to learn. Within a couple of months of successfully firing up my own server, my umbilical chord has been prematurely cut and now I feel abandoned by the lack of a cohesive community that the original website used to culture. I'm not sure whether I'm having a whinge and should likely just "Man Up" and move on but even now I still don't have the confidence in upgrading to the latest builds for fear of irrecoverable fuckups by my own hand. Previous to the downage, I was able to use much of the invaluable info on the then wiki that finally made sense and had me into my first working server (been trying off and on over the past two or so years) I'd even started working on some of the wiki articles on the pre-downage website wiki to help n00bs like me make more sense of it in future. Now the lot's gone and I can't seem to find any comprehensive redirection for Mangos users.... I'm by no means a complete Geek so the previous post to mine about freenode and #mangosmaint didn't make much sense, What is everyone else doing? Am I somehow missing the "All-New Community (tm)"? I really would like to carry on with Mangos and hopefully recover some if not all of the previous community feeling and support I originally felt the project had. As much as I'd prefer not to, I'm willing to change projects if required but I'm not up to speed on how much change would be in order... or even if it could be done at all. What do abandoned Mangos users do in all this??

As i know Theluda is alone admin of www.getmangos.com. I don't know what source of this delay in forum back to activity, but we can only wait when Theluda will do required steps.

You need to request a new password with your old email to access it.

Also you will notice that atm the old content is not included. There will be an read-only archive of the old stuff. With some luck a bit more (but converting forums is really difficult)
