Run this command (perhaps as admin):
icacls %userprofile%\Appdata\LocalLow /t /setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)H
Restart your IE, and call any site which is using your lib or the localstorage. Try https://files.onvertical.com for example

@manfredsteyer , I am facing the same issue for IE, Edge
Even I tried with updating version of "angular-oauth2-oidc" to "5.0.2". previously It was 4.0.3.
