The good news is that the answer is sooner or later yes :) Unfortunately dnf-daemon does not offer such an option, so we need to implement it in some way in dnfdragora or dnfdaemon. A quicker solution could be to manage a x user local file for custom repos and add it to the dnf configuration list, so that is writable from dnfdragora and then adding dialog form manage repository addition
from dnfdragora.
