For stroke the key is to apply a negative value; If this value is positive you will only see the stroke and not the fill.

Updated code for SwiftRichString:

let style = Style({
  $0.color = UIColor.red
  $0.stroke = (UIColor.blue, -3.0)
  $0.font = SystemFonts.Helvetica_Bold.font(size: 40)

  let shadow = NSShadow()
  shadow.shadowOffset = CGSize(width: 5, height: 5)
  shadow.shadowBlurRadius = 5
  shadow.shadowColor = UIColor.gray
  $0.shadow = shadow
})

let attributedText = "Hello World".set(style: style)
