Dynamic value support for TagAttributes (ie. apply link value from an 'a'/'href' tag) about swiftrichstring HOT 3 CLOSED

I had implemented it in 2.1.0 and it actually works just for link but we can extend it further in order to implement some others dynamic values.
This is an example of it:

let normal = Style {
	$0.color = UIColor.black
}

let link = Style {
	$0.color = UIColor.red
	$0.linkURL = URLRepresentable.tagAttribute("href")
}

let group = StyleGroup.init(base: normal, ["a" : link])
let bodyHTML = "other <a href=\"http://www.apple.com\">link</a> other"
self.textView?.attributedText = bodyHTML.set(style: group)
