I have solved the issue. Have to change in Configuration_adv.h from #define VOLUME_USB_FLASH_DRIVE 2 to
// Multiple volume support - EXPERIMENTAL.

The problem was in ENABLED(VOLUME_USB_FLASH_DRIVE) in menu_media.cpp did not expand to TRUE when VOLUME_USB_FLASH_DRIVE was 2
