Create Compose Message View about mailpile HOT 4 CLOSED

@BjarniRunar here is my first pass at this part of the app

Notice I've introduced a "sub navigation" at the top of this view (New Message, Group Message, Drafts). I struggled a bit with where makes most sense for Drafts to go- and this is what felt right as well as is backed up by a handful of thoughts! Curious whatcha think?!

I'd like there to be a button to "explode" the view out into a separate window/tab or a dragable dialogue or something. Apart from that, nice!

There have been a few iterations on this view and how it can be added in a minimally invasive way that works in the Thread "reply" mode as well. See the following comps:
