The list of 'reasons' is simply incomplete.

I was trying to find out how to track soft-bounces... after 8 emails, I finally got some useful information:

I'd recommend using "reason" or "code" for tracking the soft bounces. The standard code for throttling or deferred message will be "421". The "reason" would present either "generic" "ESP throttling" or "softfail"

I'll probably just use the 'code' (and will have to find out which others apply) - since the reason doesn't seem reliable.

What do mean 'espblock' as reason of dropping a message?
