FWIW, this could be a documentation section vs an actual tool. This could also be "install webmin/ajenti, open up firewall ports, and use the backup and restore features" if that actually works.
For dockerfiles, that might just be as easy as backing up the several that are created but for non-dockerfile installs it's a bit more complex.
