You could use the Aether transpiler for this. We use it in CodeCombat to expose only certain API properties of cloned objects and then restore the clones once user code is done running. Some of the relevant bits are here. I could show you more if you're interested.

Aether is a bit huge, though, and for it to really be secure, you want to run its stuff in a web worker.

Aha, thanks! Looks interesting, but like you say also looks huge. I'm not concerned about actual code/data safety, just want to prevent the user from having a bad experience after logging the floor object and discovering a whole bunch of properties that are not relevant to the solution.
