I'm seeing this as well. If an existing search report is in a state of
"Failed". It looks as though the API is expecting to be able to handle this
with a reportState of 4; however,the appliance itself it incorrectly? returning
a 500 server error. I'm thinking this should best be fixed in the server-side
code if it hasn't been already (I'm running 6.2.0.G.14 (Active) Patch:G14-P1)
