What about the opened project size? Anything unusual here?

Same issue here, "plugin-container" occupies more than 99% of CPU:
Seems like the issue occurs no matter the project size (I've verified for both 100+ classes and 600+ classes projects, with 20+ and 100+ KLOC, respectively).

I see the exact same behavior with Xcode 5.0.2.
Disabling the plugin also fixed the problem.
