It was originally for non-commercial use but you can use it however you want. I hereby grant you the license to use it however you want.

lol ... thanks but as I'm not a dev, I'm not able to take the program in a new direction, port it to a new operating system, or use it as part of my system's password generation toolset. A license attached to the software (say GPL or Apache 2) would enable that, should someone come along with that in mind.
