这个监听器里面调用的初始化过程，初始化完成后netty就会一直阻塞监听。如果不用异步的话主线程阻塞在这里，无法进行后续操作

就是主线程调用初始化后会一直阻塞吗，那为什么消费者不使用异步初始化呢，
