GPG is broken for some reason in your container, that's unlikely to be an issue in the image generation scripts, it may be an issue with the lxc-archlinux script (lxc repo) or more likely some issue with gpg itself being unhappy for some reason in this environment.

Yeah, just found out the problem is not the image but the container runtime engine I am using, which is basically what I am developing currently (https://github.com/ihucos/plash)
So I am closing the issue.
EDIT:
Well, archlinux has nothing in /dev, other distributions like ubuntu or debian have some stuff there. So... yeah, idk
