[JsonProperty("config")]
public Config Config { get; set; }
should be replaced to:
[JsonProperty("config"), JsonExtensionData]
public Dictionary<string, object> Config { get; set; }
from keycloak.net.

I have created a new nuget package that has this fix https://www.nuget.org/packages/Keycloak.Net.Core/
