Multiple discounts applying to the same item about lunar HOT 3 CLOSED

I suggest we need to decide upon what the behaviour should be, and potentially show this in the hub along the lines of how Shopify do it. And then introduce tests to cover overlapping discounts to check they behave correctly.

To me the options are either:

1. If an item is in a discount is excluded from future ones, ordered by the priority given through the Hub. If the line quantity is > 1 then consideration needs to be given that each might be in different discounts.

2. Compound the discounts - so discounts needs to work from the discountedSubtotal not line subTotal
