gdal 3.* version cannot be compiled about gdal HOT 4 CLOSED

@geomgis In the meantime (before #54 is merged) you can put the following in your go.mod:

replace github.com/lukeroth/gdal v0.0.0-20200603180320-4c5dda23594f => github.com/tingold/gdal-1 v0.0.0-20200805034744-092f31c3aae1

from gdal.

This is fixed by #54. Certain methods no longer exist in gdal 3.x
