It's not possible right now but I'd like to add something like it in the future. This probably won't be a easy task though, might need a lot of refactoring of the current code.
I think a feature for this might also be able to solve #11.
Something like this is possible without egui_dnd though, there is a example on https://egui.rs in the drag and drop example (although that is missing some of the nice features like animations from my crate and you have to add all the logic yourself).
Maybe that helps you until my crate adds something like this.
