In this project, I try to make myself a customize MVC framework in PHP. This framework will have some basic feature like: Implementing Model-View-Controller, Routes, Handling Middleware, Connecting to database, app config. Moreover, I want to make my framework to have template engine that generates new mvc template for me.

Using TF-IDF and machine learning model (SVMs and Logistic Regression), I create a simple classifier program that can classify an user opinion about my university (University of Transport and Communications - UTC).
