Improve select_all performance about multi-select HOT 4 CLOSED

I have done benchmarks with and without your code I don't find a noticeable improvement.
But you point out something right: my plugin sucks in performances for large lists.
I'm currently working on a total rewrite with this idea in mind.
I'll keep you posted of my progress.

The plugin finally hit version 0.9.
I spent a lot of time improving the performance.
I completely rewrote the select/selecta_all/deselect/deselect_all methods and it's now usable with 1000+ elements.

Horray! Thanks! Is it stable now or should we users wait a bit? I want to use the new version for my Semantic Form Inputs.

Unfortunately I can't say it's stable yet. That's why I didn't push it to version 1.0.
