Thanks for the bug report. I'm working on a better nuget integration. I'm thinking of having 2 diff packages. 1 for integrating with the project, another for using it as a tool that will have a sample build script. Stay tuned for future updates.

Hey,
Have you made any progress on this? I'm trying to integrate it with our build via NuGet 2.0 and it's not very straight forward....
