Cannot restore backuped volume: Archive file *.tar.bz2 does not exist about volume-backup HOT 3 CLOSED

Unfortunalety, using Ubuntu WSL2 distro instead of powershell causes the same output:

Where is the nextcloud_backup.tar.bz2 file located? It should be in /tmp directory on your drive in your case, so Docker can find it in /backup (since you are passing -v /tmp:/backup option). You shouldn't include the full path to the file, just the volume name with optional extension.
