There should probably be a place for each plugin's documentation to live, rather than the README

I have a lot of ideas for ways that this could be done and no satisfactory reason to pick one over the other :/

LIMBO_PLUGINS=(list of plugin names or "ALL") ?

Here's some thoughts:

  1. There are three classes of plugins. System plugins (help, maybe log?), Default plugins (gif, image, search) and contrib plugins (less used ones like genesis, stock, etc).
  2. Short of hacking limbo, you should not be able to remove the system plugins. They should always be loaded.
  3. Default plugins would be overriden if the user passed the --pluginpath option
  4. Contrib plugins should require some sort of positive action to add them
  5. I suspect that the best way to handle adding/removing active plugins would be through a system plugin?
