Actually, I should point out that adding classpath 'org.yaml:snakeyaml:1.15' to the buildscript dependencies fixes the issue; but this dependency is not required in 1.0.0 in order to support yaml files...

The difference is that we bumped the version of Liquibase we support, and the newer Liquibase doesn't automatically include the snakeyaml dependency. I guess the idea was that Liquibase wouldn not bloat a project with all the dependencies for all the parsers when a project would only use one. Users could then include whatever was needed for the parser of choice.
I've added some text to the plugin's README file that I hope will point users in the right direction if they want to use parsers other than the Groovy parser.
