Probably another "new editor" issue, cf #125

This macro was intentionally excluded from the new editor and replaced with the Code Snippet element. Learn more

From: Insert the code block macro | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support

The /code macro element does not support collapsing, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-72003.
A workaround is to put it inside a /expand macro element.

(Apparently some of the former "macros" are now "element" (mentioned here -> "Use the slash command"). Some macros are only available in the legacy editor, but some are available in both editors. What a mess!)

Thanks for reporting and investigating! Currently conflr targets the on-premise Confluence, not Confluence Cloud. I hope conflr can support the new syntax eventually, but it's really a to support both... Sorry for inconvenience.
