Wrong spelling of words and wrong description in game config about dtxmanianx HOT 5 OPEN

I went through the full SYSTEM config, fixed typos and display for existing description and added translations for the items which did not have any description.
It's not perfect but a huge improvements compared to the original situation I think.

I did not do the full DRUMS and GUITAR menus (only fixed a few items there).
Keeping issue open as work is not finished.

I would also like to propose updates in a Pull Request for English translations, picking up from where @ericpignet left off.
@approvedtx what would be the best way to start this work? It looks like Eric started a fork of the repository then began adding updated translations.

It looks like you update these strings in the DTXMania/Code/Stage/04.Config/CActConfigList.cs for the System screen.

DTXMania/Code/Stage/03.Option/CActOptionList.cs looks like it controls the Drum and Guitar settings screens.

Are there any other files in the code base that control what users see in the settings screens @limyz ?

@jaredmorgs there might be code that affect UI elements, otherwise CActOptionList.cs is only what the user sees in the settings menus. Feel free to raise a PR whenever ready
