Markdown logger has been added in the dev branch. It's available in the psbuild.dll in the nuget package. I'm looking at the logging support today to refactor/revamp it a bit and then move on to integration of markdown logger.

I've also updated GetPSBuild.ps1 to install a specific version from nuget.

OK I have added creating Markdown logs by default. The default view is still set to normal text log as usual. I'm not sure if it makes sense to change the console log or not.
Help test this
Please help me test this out to see if there are any issues in the latest build. After executing Invoke-MSBuild to open the markdown log you can execute Open-PSBuildLog -format markdown.

@sayedihashimi I will see what I can do. My current main usage of PS-Build is on AppVeyor, so I rarely log at the direct log output, except from what is written in AppVeyor, but I have added to the list of things to look into.
