Hotkey enable not working. about retroarch HOT 6 OPEN

Can't reproduce on Windows.

Here Ubuntu 20.04.6.
That issue not happen here, but instead others inputs errors.
Ubuntu 20.04 and an PS4 DS4 too. However PS4 DS4 has alternate device id for some models.

Controller device should not matter one tiny bit, since hotkeys aren't read directly from different controllers, but from the common abstract.

I have created an new topic report about input errors.
Internally was done an change doing errors in both keyboard and controller inputs.
Is how if internally in code for each input and hotkey to work need mapping for both keyboard key and controller key.

Clearing only the bind for the device that is being pressed instead of all is a different issue, but the new merging option for the hotkey enabler was added in order to be able to use either or.

Ok so i reset my retroarch config to default settings and i did steps 1-3 and now it works. I guess some setting was messing it up. Not sure what was going on there
