Removing copyright and license about app HOT 3 CLOSED

That's the beauty of GPL code, anybody has the right to use it, extend it, even sell it, as long as they include the original authors name, publish their own modifications with the same license and don't change the license without permission, or pretend to be the original author.

The last Booked Scheduler version was licensed under GPLv3, so everything done here is completely legal and in accordance with the original license.

We all thanks to Nick Korbel for the hard job in the past, but there is a very hard job in the near future too and sooner or later this will be a new different and modern GPL project.
