Math support about ktx HOT 9 CLOSED

Global random methods would have little advantage over static MathUtils import, so I consider this module complete. @kotcrab, any suggestions?

I agree, adding those would require to keep up with the API and it makes no difference if you static import MathUtils. I guess it's done, we will see if anything else comes up.

I guess we could mention this library similarly to how we list KTX alternatives (once its pushed to Maven Central or another repository). ktx-math aims to bring Kotlin features to LibGDX math API, while your library seems to be independent of LibGDX altogether.
