I'm having the exact same error after installing gitteh today via npm and after fixing the Error: Cannot find module '../build/default/gitteh' error (see #30) using fatlotus's proposal in #31.
Mac OS X 10.8.2, Node 0.8.21, Npm 1.2.11
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hit the same issue. Node 0.8.15, Mac 10.8.3

@Shogun147 this one is pretty odd. There's a new v0.17.0 release of gitteh out, but I'm not sure if it addresses this issue. I'm unable to reproduce this on my 10.8 Mac. Can you try latest release and let me know how you go please? :)
