Those examples should work. What doesn't work now is the following:
(defun foo
""
(('a) 'a)
(('b) 'b))
as the macro can't tell the difference between the empty comment string and an empty argument list.

This is working now. Not only that, but we can paste functions with docstrings into the REPL now without causing an error -- that's great!
