Inconsistent player 2 speed about gdash-msc HOT 2 CLOSED

New information: it can actually move slower in some cases. For example, having 2x speed as the start speed and switching to 1x before hitting the dual will cause the 2nd player to move much slower instead.
Again, once in this state, changing the speed further will only amplify/lessen the effect that is already present (either being too fast or too slow)

Hitting a speed changer will stop the effect.

lmao github sucks. fixed this by also changing X acceleration values (as a speed changer will change the speed value and the X acceleration value. Pressing a key should in theory be the same as touching a speed changer under-the-hood)
