I see, sorry. do you know where i should go to consult with this issue?

Update: was able to get it to install by “fake signing” the app using an utility name ldid
instructions for those that may be facing the same issue

mobile: unzip “Reveil_1.2.5.tipa” -d ./
mobile: ldid -s “./Payload/Reveil.app/Reveil”
mobile: zip Reveil.ipa -r Payload

and now installing with appinst works correctly

mobile: appinst “./Reveil.ipa”
