@sumedhpd Not sure if I understand you correctly, but should these labels be added to the PR/Issue that is managed by this workflow?

Apologies for the delay in responding. Yes, I was thinking on the lines of adding a label to the issue/PR based on the source repo when this workflow executes and ends up adding the issue/PR to a board. That way the users of the board that have different views set will automatically be able to see the newly added issue/PR on a label-filtered view. This will make it easier for larger teams to have a single board and individual sub teams can work off a view on the same board.

@sumedhpd I would suggest to use a separate workflow that manages those labels for you. In my team we have separated those workflows, to keep a clear overview and there are lots of examples already out there :)
