I've never heard of SonarCube before, sounds very usefull. I'll try to fix any issues it reports on this project :)

As for your error, the call stack doesn't point to it being an error in the materialSkin lib, I got this result on a quick google-fu session, seems like this is a visual studio issue or incompatible .net framework version, MaterialSkin requires 4.6.1 minimum, if you need a older version, try changing it on the project settings.

Also, try the public nuget version

In some articles and forums, they're talking about NuGet issues but I've a good news, I've changed how I'm creating my NuGet Package and now it is working fine !

At first, I've based my package on this one :
