Yeah, I've mentioned doing this before... I'll probably get started tomorrow.

Actually, wait. Two questions:
- The Racket GUI library is designed to use the "native" APIs and toolkits on Windows, macOS, and GNU/Linux, right? So shouldn't it be able to get the native icons from WinAPI or GTK or whatever?
- If we do bake our own icons, do they have to be bitmap images, or can you use SVG?

- No, it's abstracted away. I'd have to do something for each platform to find out where those icons would be placed. Much easier to just make our own.
- They can be SVG, but I'd just convert them to a bitmap anyway.

Probably keep an SVG source image (or whatever the native inkscape extension is) and export the icons we need. Perhaps this could be a build step? make icons
