[Feature suggestion] turn this into a github action about readme2tex HOT 4 OPEN

I use the texify app for this: https://github.com/apps/texify

texify was working well in general. It's difficult to debug, though. Sometimes I push a change and never see a followup commit from texify. I'm not sure if it's an error on my end or if texify is "down". A github action that I could control and debug the output of, would be much more maintainable. Does anyone know how to do it?
