@bjarnef I think if it can be done in your own code, it may be the best options. It would introduce something new to the UI that already is a bit cluttered.

Would an extension method help?

Something like LeBlenderValue.IsVisible() that could/would behave like the same method in IPublishedContent?

It might be an option to use a property with alias similar to umbracoNaviHide and an extension method, but not sure how it will work with e.g. 10 items? Open each one to see which one is hidden? :)
