Recent Projects:

🍔 Delish List

For my Codaisseur portfolio project I built an app that allows users to create wish lists of restaurants they want to try. Users can share wish lists with friends and there can be multiple collaborators on a list. The front-end is created with JavaScript, React, Redux and CSS, and the back-end with an Express server, JWT & Bcrypt authentication and a PostgreSQL database with Sequelize ORM. I fetched data from Google Places API and rendered a map for each restaurant as well.

💻 Give me the GIF

For a group-project we created an entertaining mood tracker for developers where they can enter how they're feeling and it will return a GIF related to that emotion. Login users can also write a journal entry and save it with their mood GIF to view a history of their saved feelings and journal entries. We fetched GIF's from GIPHY API and used Javascript, React, Redux, and CSS.
